Welcome to Stepping Stones

At certain times in our lives we are all confronted by difficult life events that we find hard to resolve and overcome on our own. Some people come to therapy because they have experienced a stressful or traumatic event and some may come because of a period of transition, maybe a loss, a divorce or a time of self-discovery. Whatever the reason may be, every person has the ability and the resources within themselves to move towards healing.
Making a decision to come to therapy offers a unique opportunity to explore these challenges and reach your desired outcomes. It can provide a means to reflect and discover meaningful outcomes that can continue to evolve and unfold even after therapy ends. The counselling space provides an atmosphere that is warm, compassionate, supportive and non-judgemental.
